Change Your Perspective in Divorce

Divorce and change from family law issues can be tough.  In my experience, sometimes a change of perspective can help.  It doesn’t change the situation, but helps you get through it.  Look around your everyday world: does your middle schooler have 4 tests tomorrow, did your second grader just lose a best friend, when was the last time you saw your friends?

Think about some ways that you can focus on the moment and ways to enjoy it – either with children or not.  A change in focus and perspective can help you get through the changes.
