Tip of the Week:  Consider all the methods for getting divorced, not just one.  Different times or issues in your case may require a new method that you hadn’t considered before.   Did you know that mediation can be used in collaborative law cases for a difficult issue?  And, there are times when traditional litigation is the best choice, as well as unique ways to use traditional litigation types of decision making when it is needed like arbitration and using a private judge. Ask your attorney about all the different ways to conclude your case and which one is the best for your case and if your attorney won’t talk with you about them, find an attorney who will.
