Divorces Settle

Did you know the majority of divorce cases settle?  Research reported from several sources shows that it’s estimated that 95% of divorces settle using some form of negotiation for resolving the divorce issues.  Negotiations in divorce can happen using many different negotiation tools for conflicts and disputes.  Negotiation and settlement agreements can happen during divorce when two spouses meet and talk over the issues sitting at a dining room table, a restaurant or a park.  Negotiation in a divorce with divorce attorneys representing the spouses happens by email, Zoom, a phone call and sometimes even in person.  Divorce negotition can happen any time during a divorce including right up until the start of a divorce hearing or a divorce trial.
