Jill O’Connell can act as the mediator for people involved in a dispute or conflict before a case is filed or without a case.  A mediation can assist two people outside of a courtroom and work with both people to help them come to a resolution or agreement.  Mediation can occur with attorneys assisting the people or parties.  Mediation can be used by people who haven’t involved lawyers yet or are still deciding if they will need to hire an attorney in divorce and family law cases.

Jill O’Connell also mediates in ongoing family law and divorce cases.  Jill has mediated extensively in Texas and is available to mediate online nationwide in family law and divorce cases and issues.  She has been trained by a nationally known mediator in online mediation specifically.  Jill is available for half-day mediations, full-day mediations and other mediation time blocks as well.
